MOSQITO rolls tubes, profiles and special sections on a Tauring Delta CNC. The process gives metal parts the required radius and shape — arcs, rings, frames and other spatial components.

CNC forming is repeatable and follows the documentation. We can assess the job from a drawing, a profile cross-section or a 3D model.

What we form on the Tauring Delta CNC

  • Profiles – assessed from profile size, material, radius, length, geometry and tolerances.

From design to a rolled part

  • 1. Documentation – drawing, profile cross-section or 3D model and the required radius.
  • 2. Process assessment – we check whether the section, material and radius can be made.
  • 3. CNC rolling – forming on the Tauring Delta CNC to the agreed geometry.
  • 4. Inspection and further work – the part can go to welding, finishing or as a finished detail.
