- What metal fabrication services does MOSQITO offer?
- MOSQITO offers complete metal fabrication and component production, including laser cutting of sheet metal, CNC bending, rolling of tubes, profiles and sheet, laser welding, MIG and TIG, welding with a Universal Robots robot, spot welding, laser marking, 3D design and metal finishing.
- Does MOSQITO produce parts from technical documentation?
- Yes. We produce parts from technical drawings, production documentation and 3D models. The documentation lets us choose the right process and prepare production of the specific part.
- Can a complete part be ordered from MOSQITO?
- Yes. One of our advantages is combining several production processes in one place — from design and laser cutting, through bending, rolling and welding, to grinding, polishing, riveting or laser marking.
- Does MOSQITO do laser cutting of sheet metal?
- Yes. We cut sheet metal on a MAZAK Super Turbo MK II. We produce parts from technical documentation for machines, equipment, structures and other metal components, among other uses.
- Do you do CNC sheet metal bending?
- Yes. We bend sheet metal on a TRUMPF C60 press brake. The process prepares parts to a defined geometry according to the technical documentation.
- Do you roll tubes and profiles?
- Yes. MOSQITO rolls tubes, profiles and special sections on a Tauring Delta CNC machine. We can assess whether a part can be made from a drawing, a profile cross-section or a 3D model.
- Do you roll sheet metal?
- Yes. We have a plate rolling machine for sheet up to 1000 mm wide and up to 3 mm thick.
- What welding methods does MOSQITO offer?
- We offer laser welding and MIG and TIG welding. The method is chosen for the project, material, part geometry and process requirements.
- Does MOSQITO do robotic laser welding?
- Yes. We use a Universal Robots robot for repeat welding processes. This is particularly relevant for series production and parts with repeat geometry.
- Do you do series production of metal parts?
- Yes. Series production is agreed individually on the basis of the process, part geometry, quantity and project requirements. For repeat parts we can also assess whether the process can be robotised.
- Do you make single metal parts?
- The scope for single parts is agreed individually on the basis of the documentation and the required process. Please send the project for assessment.
- Does MOSQITO make 3D letters?
- Yes. We make 3D letters using, among other processes, CNC flange forming and precise laser welding of the flanges to the letter face. The process can start with a 3D design.
- Do you do laser marking?
- Yes. We offer laser marking of metal parts, including text, numbers, symbols, markings and logos according to the project.
- Does MOSQITO do 3D design?
- Yes. We use Autodesk Fusion 360 to design 3D models and prepare part geometry for production. Design can be part of the process from idea to finished part.
- Do you do additional machining of metal parts?
- Yes. Finishing can include hole tapping, grinding, polishing and pneumatic riveting. These operations can follow cutting, bending, rolling or welding.
- Do you do spot welding of sheet metal?
- Yes. MOSQITO spot-welds sheet metal on an ASPA welder. We assess each part from its material, thickness, geometry and documentation.
- How do I start working with MOSQITO?
- Send the technical documentation together with the type of part, material, quantity and expected delivery date. We will then assess what we can make and reply on the job.
- What files can be sent for a quote?
- Preferred documentation formats should be given in the quote form, according to the formats MOSQITO supports. A technical drawing or 3D model can also be sent.
- Can MOSQITO combine several processes in one order?
- Yes. We can combine laser cutting, CNC bending, rolling, welding, spot welding and finishing, among other processes. This reduces the number of subcontractors and lets more of the process be ordered from one manufacturer.
- Which industries does MOSQITO work for?
- We work with machinery, automotive and transport, construction and structures, ventilation, energy and renewables, and other sectors that need production and fabrication of metal parts.
- Does MOSQITO take orders from Poland and Europe?
- Yes. We serve business customers on the Polish market and work with companies in other European countries. Transport and delivery details are agreed for each order.
